Aww, life is boring man!
Growing up is hard :(

God believes in us. No matter how old we are,
no matter how many mistakes we have made,
no matter what we look like, where we come from,
or who we are. He believes in us.
He can see the potential inside of us

Are we afraid to let others see the “real” us?
Sometimes I think that we can get so caught up in beauty and image
that we allow how we look outwardly to hinder and hold us back
from doing things in life.

We let them pull on us and keep us from getting involved
because we might look less than perfect.
Our hair might get messed up, someone might see us,
we’d have to go without makeup or learn we aren’t athletic.
Someone might discover that we don’t know how to do something
and that would be embarrassing.

God gave us this huge world with so many opportunities.
It should be freeing for us to participate and engage in life instead
of recoiling from it.
We should be able to enjoy things regardless of how we “look.”
When we concentrate so much on how we might look or
how we might come across to others,
we are letting pride rule our hearts.
We are focusing more on our image and ourselves than on
what it is that we should be participating in in the first place!
